We like to think that our differentiation is in emphasising "business" over "analysis". We are most comfortable using tools and techniques such as Use-Cases and definitely prefer pictures over words, but we deeply believe that unless one understand that "business" it is impossible to perform good analysis.

Now this may all appear quite obvious and that is good, except that we practice business analysis by immersing ourselves in the business of the client we are serving - some times a bit daunting but always very stimulating and satisfying and of course most appreciated by our clients.

A corollary service we provide is in the development of training and help materials. The boundary between online training and online help is seriously blurred and we have become quite adept at developing materials that is dual use - saving time and money.

We have provided Business Analysis services to Department of Labour, EMA Central, EMA Northern, Thompson Reuters, Department of Corrections, Brookers, ANZ National Bank, Public Trust, Ministry of Health and the Department of Internal Affairs - to name a few.
